Abstract
Objective To analyze the primary effect after total knee arthroplasty( TKA ) using the Gemini PS prosthesis. Methods 20 patients( 20 knees ) were treated with TKA. At each follow-up recorded the knee score, pain score, function score, patellar score and the range of maximum genuflex. Results All patients were followed up with i2 months period. Pain and function of patients were obviously improved after operation, especially in pain and range of knee activation. The score of HSS, patellar, anterior pain of knee, function of patellar and the maximum genuflex were increased significantly than those before operation( P < 0. Of ). Conclusions Gemini PS prosthesis can decrease the pain and improve the function of patients effectively in early period.关键词
