摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of distal humeral fractures treated with Y-shaped plate. Methods 38
patients with distal humeral fractures were treated by Y-shaped plate. The outcomes, the approach and the methods of
the fixation were evaluated. Results 38 cases were followed up for 12 ～ 36 months. According to the criteria of
Cassebaum, the results were excellent in 22 cases,good in f f ,fair in 5 ,and the excellent and good rate was 86. 84% .
There are three complications: contusion of radial nerve f case, ulnar neuritis f case and ectopic ossification f case.
Conclusions Y-shaped plate provides an anatomic reduction and stable fixation and less complications so that the
function exercises can be started as early as possible.关键词
