Abstract
Objective To shirty the clinical results of surgical treatment for Tile C type pelvis fractures. Methods 36 cases of Tile C pelvis fracture were treated through posterior approach with door-shaped steel plate fixation for posterior ring and external fixation for anterior ring. Results All cases were followed up for 8～29 months. Patients got incision healing without pin tract infection. No screw loosening and external fixation failure were found. All fractures healed, and recovery of walking function was obtained in all patients. According to Matta and Tometta standard operation effect, the results were excellent in 25 cases, good in 9, and fair in 2, and the excellent and good rate was 94. 4%. Postoperative functional restoration according to Majeed standard was excellent in 22 cases, good in f f , and fair in 3 , and the excellent and good rate was 91. 7% . Conclusions Posterior door-shaped plate fixation of the posterior ring combined with external fixator for anterior ring for Tile C type pelvic fractures is a simple operation with minor trauma, reliable fixation, fewer postoperative complications and curative effect satisfaction.关键词
