摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of dynamic hip screw ( DHS ) on intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 75 patients suffering intertrochanteric fracture were treated with DHS. Results All cases were followed up for 6 to 36 months. All obtained bone union in 6 months after operation. Majority could self-walk normally. 53 patients' Hams scores were excellent, 18 good,and 4 fair. The excellent and good rate was 94.7%. Conclusions DHS is a simple, reliable and effective treatment for femoral intertrochanteric fractures.关键词
