Abstract
Objective To stuffy the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor ( bFGF ) in different concentration on proliferation of tendon cells cultured in vitro and to estimate the best bFGF concentration to promote proliferation of tendon cells cultured in vitro. Methods The second generated tendon cell was cultured in vitro with different concentrations ( 0. 5 , f ,2,5 , f 0, 20, 30, 40, 50 μg/L ) of bFGF for 48 hours, then detected by MTT methods and their optical density ( OD ) average values were detected by enzyme linked immunodetection meter. Results Compared to control group: 5,f0, 20, 30, 40,50 μg/L bFGF groups had significant difference( P <0. 05 );When bFGF concentration varying from 5 μg/L to 20 μg/L, the OD average values increase gradually , while varying from 20 μg/L to 50 μg/L ,it decreased step by step. Conclusions bFGF can significant promote the proliferation of tendon cells cultured in vitro depending on its proper concentration;5 μg/L bFGF is the initial concentration and 20 μg/L is the best concentration in promoting proliferation of tendon cells cultured in vitro.关键词
