摘要

Abstract

The biomass-based synthesis gases was used to prepare mixed alcohols. In the mixed alcohols synthesis, the catalyst was screened and its life was cheeked. The amplification preparation of catalyst was carried out. The selected catalyst was used in a 300 mL single-tube alcohols synthesis device. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure and recycle ratio on the catalytic conversion of CO, total alcohol synthesis yield and C2+ alcohols selectivity was investigated. The alcohol synthesis process was optimized ,too. The results showed that under the test condition of pressure 5 MPa, temperature 280 ℃ ,the air rate 3 000 L/h, the CO conversion was 30 % , the total alcohols and C2+ alcohols selectivity was 50 % and 35 % respectively. The space time yield of the total alcohols was 0.215 kg/( kg· h). All these tests were the foundation for kiloton alcohol synthesis process.
