不同年龄正常人群记忆错误的比较
A comparision about false memory among normal adults with different ages
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristic of false memory ( FM) among normal adults with different ages. Methods On the basis of neuropsychological background tests including mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scale, vocabulary fluency test (VFT) , digit span (DS) ,clock drawing test ( CDT ) , auditory vocabulary learning test ( AVLT) , the test of inducing episodic memory error with photos were preformed in the young group (20-30 years old ) , middle-aged group ( 40-50 years old ) and elderly group (65 - 85 years old) , 30 cases in each group. Results ( 1) The neuropsychological background test results: compared with young and middle-aged groups, the scores of MMSE,DS, CDT and AVLT in elderly group were significantly lower(all P <0. 05) ;the scores of DS repeating backwards and AVLT immediate and delayed memory in young, middle-aged and elderly groups were significantly decreasing in turn(all P <0. 05). ( 2)Photo-inducing episodic memory error test results: compared with the young and middle-aged groups, in elderly group the rates of card memory rate [ (68 ±17) % ] , story ingredients recall [ (77 ± 14) % ] and recognize correct [ ( 73 ±12)%] were remarkably lower ( all P < 0. 05 ). The rate of memory error [ (24 ± 13) % ] , and incdence of memory error [(25 ±7)%] were significantly higher than those in the middle-aged group [(14 ±6)%,(15 ±4)%], while, the middle-aged group were significantly higher than those in the young group [(8±7)%,(9+6)%] ( all P < 0.05). Conclusion Episodic memory declines and episodic memory errors rises along with age growth, both of which maybe the main reason for the increase of the elderly' s subjective complaint.关键词
