颅脑外伤术后颅内感染相关危险因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the risk factors attributing intracranial infection following brain injury operation. Methods Difference factors between intracranial infection group and non-infection group following brain injury operations were compared by retrospective analysis. Results Involved in the study were 439 cases,374 cases in non-infectiVe group .and 65 cases(14. 81% )in infective group. It revealed that infection rate was closely related to the open craniocerebral injuries, the GCS scores and the drainage, while had little effect of sex, age and the duration of operation. Conclusions It should be pay more attention and prophylactic treatments for the brain injury with infective risk factors mentioned above.关键词
