Abstract
Objective To discuss the echocardiographic features and risk factors of hyperthyroid heart disease. Methods Echocardiographic and clinical data of 361 patients with hyperthyroidism ( including simple hyperthyroid patients and the patients with hyperthyroid heart disease) were retrospect analyzed. Results Ejection fraction of left ventricular (LVEF) in simple hyperthyroid patients were higher than that in patients with hyperthyroid heart disease (P < 0.01). Left atrium and left ventricular cavity size had significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.05). The age,course of disease (P <0. 01) , FT4,Thyroid volume and weight, systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure (P <0.05) were significantly increased in the patients with hyperthyroid heart disease. TC and TG were significantly lower in the patients with hyperthyroid heart disease compared with simple hyperthyroid patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion Echocardiography can reflect hyperthyroid heart structure and function change, contributing to early diagnosis and clinical treatment of this disease. The larger age, longer course of disease, higher FT4 lerel are the major risk of hyperthyroid heart disease.关键词
