阿托伐他汀对大鼠心肌梗死后心室重塑和心功能的影响
Effect of atorvastatin on the cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling in rats with myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatirt on the cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling in rats with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 20 male SD Rats were modeled by left anterior descending artery ligation,then they were randomly divided into AMI group and AMI + atorvastatin group (ATV group). 10 male SD rats were sham-operated. Rats in ATV group were treated with atorvastatin gavage (l0mg/Kg/day) everyday, lasting for 4 weeks. In AMI group and sham-operated group rats were treated with drinking water. SOD and MDA were detected. The cardiac function were measured by echocardiographic examination. Results After four weeks,left ventricular mass and LVMI of AMI group and ATV group were significantly increased compared with sham group. Compared with AMI group, left ventricular mass and LVMI of ATV group were significantly decreased. LVEDD and LVESD significantly decreased and LVEF increased. The level of SOD increased and MDA decreased. Conclusion Atorvastatin may inhibit left ventricular remodeling and improve cardiac function of rats with myocardial infarction, which may be related to its effect in scavering the oxygen free radicals.关键词
