摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of modified 2-vessel occlusion method (2 - VO) + SNP depres-surization production for establishing vascular dementia ( Vasculardementia,VD) rat model. Methods Bilateral common carotid artery occlusion for 20 min,reperfusion l0min for 3 times continuously, while SNP Buck. Results 2 -VO + SNP depressurization animal model of vascular dementia produced high survival rate with obvious hippocampal neurons injury and abnormal behavior. Conclusion Modified 2V0 + SNP depressurization is the ideal method of vascular dementia model.关键词
