Empirical Research on Talents＇ Training Mode of College-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocat- ional Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Higher vocational animation major belongs to an emerging major, and college-enterprise cooperation is the necessary way to its development. At present talents＇ training mode in its college-enterprise cooperation has various modes, mainly including government leading mode, enterprise leading mode, colleges leading mode and college-enterprise integrated mode. The cooperating forms include step cultivation, workshop and industrial park. Through college-enterprise cooperation, the practical training condition in this major can get extension, and curriculum system can get optimized. Teaching staff can have improvement and major brand gets shaping so employment quality gains advance.关键词
