Abstract
The field micro-spot trails and lab analysis method were carried out to study the effect of the application of chicken and swine manure organic and inorganic compound fertilizer (OAICF) to the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage with the same dosage of chemical fertilizer. The result showed that the yield-increasing with the application of manure OAICF than the chemical fertilizer used only, the difference was significantly, and chicken manure fertilizer was more prominent. Meanwhile, the total sugar and vitamin C contents of Chinese cabbage were significantly increased with the application of chicken and swine manure OAICF which latter was still more prominent, furthermore it could also reduce nitrate content of Chinese cabbage significantly.关键词
