细辛脑雾化吸入佐治老年支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效
Clinical outcome of asarone via aerosol inhalation on acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in the elderly patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical outcome of asarone via aerosol inhalation on acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in the elderly patients. Methods 70 elderly cases with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into conventional therapy group (n=35) and convention pluse asarone therapy group (n=35). The efficacy, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time and the levels of FEV,%, FEV/FVC%, PEF% in the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The efficient rate of the convention pluse asarone therapy group was higher than that of the conventional therapy group (P<0.05). The disappeared time of wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and pulmonary wheezing sound were shorter than those of the conventional therapy group (P<0.01, 0.05). Conclusion Asarone has good assisted treatment effect on bronchial asthma in the elderly patients.关键词
