摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate to improve the care strategy for the quality of life in elderly patients with chronic duration of bronchial asthma and. Methods 70 elderly patients with persistent stage of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups: comfort care nursing group and normal nursing group, 35 cases each group. The levels of the quality of life was evaluated via SF-36 Health Survey Scales before and after 1 month nursing. Results After comfort care for 1 month. Compared with the normal group, the levels of scores of physical function , role physical, body pain , general health , social function , emotional role , mental health were increased significantly in the comfort care group, which were increased in the two groups (P<0.01, 0.05). Conclusion Comfort care is an effective care to improve the quality of life of elderly patients with asthma.关键词
