Making Foaming Materials from Liquefied Bamboo Resin
摘要
Abstract
Making new isolation wall materials from liquefied bamboo resin will improve bamboo utilization efficiency. Based on bamboo liquefaction and resin preparation characteristics, the authors conducted further research to understand the foaming process. Effects of a foaming agent, filler addition (calcium carbonate), and curing agent (phosphate and p-toluene sulfonic acid) on the foaming process are discussed. Under optimized conditions, the foaming material had about 0. 14 g/ cm3 density and 454. 5 kPa average compression strength.关键词
