摘要

Abstract

Spinning method and processing optimization of cotton alginate fiber spandex core-spun yam was discussed. Raw material blending style was adopted for cotton alginate fiber. Five blending ratios were selected i. e. 75 : 25,70 : 30,65 : 35,60 : 40,55 : 45. Orthogonal test was carried out on spandex filament pre-draft multiple,bell space and yam twist. The test results were analyzed by data envelopment analysis. It is considered when blending ratio for cotton alginate fiber is 60 :40,bell space is 1 mm, pre-draft for spandex filament is 3 times and twist for spinning yarn is 56.6 twists per 10 centmeter or pre-draft for spandex filament is 3. 25 times and twist for spinning yarn is 61.6 twists per 10 centmeter,the processing of 32 tex cotton alginate spandex core-spun yarn is the better.
