芳纶1414赛络纱的纺制及临界捻系数分析

摘要
Abstract
To spin pure and high quality aramid 1414 yarn on cotton spinning equipments successfully,according to property of aramid 1414,fiber pretreatment method and related humidity control in production were discussed. Siro spun technology was adopted and processing parameter were optimized. Finally aramid 1414 14.8 tex siro yam was produced successfully. Relationship between breaking strength and twist factor were analyzed. It is considered that there are two critical twist factors for pure aramid 1414 siro spun yarn. The critical twist factor is smaller than that of the same linear density traditional ring spun yarn.关键词
