摘要

Abstract

To recognize fabric defect more accurate and improve online detection real-time, a kind of fabric defect detection method based on 3D coding color optical grating was researched, the detection effect was tested. The result shows that fabric 3D framework information can be calculated through the coding method of projecting one fixed color optical graging on fabric surface,then the information were converted into data information of two-coordinate plane,finally fabric defects can be identified and classfied. Through test false detection of the method is 2. 85%. It is pointed out that the feasibility and reliability of the detection method is better.
