使用微处理胶辊纺制涤粘混纺品种的实践
Spinning of Polyester Vosicose Blended Yarn by Micro-treatment Rubber-covered Roll
摘要
Abstract
Spinning property of polyester vosicose blended yam by micro-treatment rubber-covered roll was discussed. Characteristics of micro-treatment rubber-covered roll were introduced,spinning test was contrasted by selecting BYC-2170 micro-treatment rubBer-covered roll,untreated rubber-covered roll and common rubber-covered roll. The test result shows that appropriate spinning,spinning quality and cost-effective of BYC-2170 micro-treatment rubber-covered roll are the best,the advantage is obvious. It is considered that appropriate spinning of BYC-2170 micro-treatment rubber-covered roll to polyester viscose blended product is better. Production and maintenance of the rubber-covered roll should be done well to ensure its use effect.关键词
