棉Formotex木棉混纺纱的生产实践
Production of Cotton Formotex Kapok Blended Yarn
摘要
Abstract
To spin cotton Formotex kapok blended yam, according to blended fiber properties, processing of fiber multi-bale blending was adopted,kapok fiber was pre-treated. In picking process,fiber injury should be reduced as a key point. In drawing process, roller guages and draft in back zone should be set rationally. In roving process, twist factor was increased properly to reduce accident draft. In spinning process,ring and ring traveler were optimized to reduce yarn hairiness. In winding process, parameter of electronic yam clearer were selected rationally to reduce harmful defects. Finally cotton/Formotex/kapok 60/30/10 14.5 tex yam can be spun successfully, the quality can reach use demands.关键词
