摘要
Abstract
To spin wool Modal long-staple cotton blended yam,according to three fibers characteristics,wool fiber was pretreated before spinning, wool and Modal fiber were blended by raw material. In lapping process, anti-sticking measures were adopted. To ensure blending ratio accurate and fiber blending even,three fiber slivers were blended three times. Each processing parameter was optimized,such as controlling roving twist factor larger,controlling spinning draft smaller in back area, controlling-relative humidity rationally ect. Finally wool/Modal/ long-staple cotton 45/30/25 14.8 tex blended yam can be produced successfully,the quality demands can be reached.关键词
