摘要

Abstract

The LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the stamping process and predict springback for AHSS sheet. The effects of different hardening models on the precision of springback prediction were studied. The isotropic hardening model and the Yoshida-Uemori hardening model which considers Bauschinger effect were used in the simulation analysis. By comparing the predicted springback values with experimental results, the reliablility of the hardening model is verified, and this provides theoretical guidance for die design and modification in actual production.
