摘要
Abstract
By structural analysis on the components of a upper control lever, the structural features and action principle of the die, which can form two parts distributing symmetrically in one step, were introduced. The accurate orientation of the part on the die and the forming characteristics of the irregular part were researched and analyzed to achieve the idea of making left and right pieces in one die. Proved in practice, the structure of the die is reasonable, and the operation is reliable, besides, this die is convenient to process and it saves the material.关键词
