Abstract
The actual operating conditions of cast iron mould were analyzed. The silicon alloy heat resistant cast iron was adopted to produce ductile iron mould, and the lost foam casting process, smelting process, heat treatment process of the high silicon alloy heat resistant ductile iron mould as well as the actual use effect of the mould with this material were introduced. The practical production shows that the high silicon alloy heat resistant cast iron has superior heat-resistant and fatigue properties, which improves the mould life.关键词
