摘要

Abstract

During synthesizing NaA zeolite from fiy ash with two step process, the dissolve law and concentration of Si and Al in fly ash with different NaOH concentration solution was investigated. The influences of temperature, time and NaOH concentration was analyzed by XRD and CEC during crystallization. The results show that the best process parameters are: the crystallization temperature is 100 ℃, the time is 4 h,the NaOH concentration is 2. 5 M. Under the conditions above, pure and well-crystallized NaA zeolite was synthesized with CEC 4. 3 mrnol/g.
