我国高职酒店管理专业人才培养的问题与对策
Problems and Countermeasures of Hotel Management Talent-Training in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
In order to adapt to the rapid development of the hotel industry,many vocational colleges in China have done a lot of useful exploration and practice in hotel management talents training and have made certain achievements.But there still remain some problems: no accurate target in talent-training,dated curriculum,oversimplified teaching methods,shortage of teaching staff,inflexible school system and so on.This article puts forward some effective solutions to the above-mentioned problems: establishment of a competence-based educational concept,reconstruction of curriculum according to job requirements,innovation of teaching model by implementing project teaching,buildup of a reasonably-structured teaching team with double-qualified teachers and establishment of in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises.关键词
