摘要

Abstract

n this study, Utilizing corn cobs after steam explosion as material to research on enzymatic hydrolysis of corn cobs. The results showed, maintenance pressure time 240 s and steam pressure 2.8 MPa, the initial ratio of solid content was 14% (W/V), added cellulase (15 FPA/g, zy-molyte), xylanase (225 IU/g, zymolyte) under pH 5.0 respectively. Simultaneously the environmental factors(MgSO4 0.005 g/g and Tween-80 0.001 g/g) were added. After 48 hours, the final concentration of reducing sugars was 71.81 g/L and saccharification rate reached 80.85%. This study demonstrated that the steam explosion pretreatment and proper amount of environmental factors could significantly improve the reducing sugars of corn cobs.
