摘要

Abstract

A in-depth study from five aspects, including accident scenario, accident frequency, accident consequence, probability of fatality, individual risk and societal risk in this paper, proposes quantitative risk analysis model of hydrogen refueling station. Then taking one hydrogen refueling station as a case, calculates the quantitative index of individual risk and societal risk, and estimates risk whether is acceptable or not based on comparing to the acceptable risk criteria at home and abroad. The quantitative risk analysis conclusion will be very helpful to gain approval of the authority and public acceptance during the permitting process.
