Abstract
To enhance the judicial protection of intellectual property rights is the necessary and inevitable means not only to protect the owners＇ legal interests, but also to establish international credit, enlarge international cooperation, and construct innovative nation. Faced with the imbalance development and situation of China＇ s judicial institution~,; and human resources, the following measures should he taken. First, the development of judicial institutions in the western regions should be cultivated to gradually perfect China＇ s system of interllectual property rights＇ judicial institutions. Second, the training bases should be established and enhanced to strengthen the learnng and communication between the judges of interllectual property rights. Third, combining with the mode and experience of ＂three judges to one＂, the present judicial system should be enforced in the whole country. Fourth, the relationship between different： departments should be coordinated. Fifth, the guidance system by the Supreme Court should be strengthened.关键词
