对提升大学生就业能力的探究
The Investigation of Promoting College Students Employment Ability
摘要
Abstract
College students＇ employment ability mainly includes core employment ability and basic employment ability. The former consists of acceptable standards of ideology and morality, sound scientific knowledge, learning ability, and innovative abil- ity. The latter composes of language and expression ability, practical ability, interpersonal communication ability, team spirit, good temperament, and environmental-adaptaton ability. To improve college students＇ employment ability, the students them- selves should promote their quality of ideological and moral standards and their ability of learningl. At the same time, they should construct reasonable knowledge structure and rerganize their knowledge on the basis of social demands. On the other hand, the colleges should quicken the reform of education and teaching, strengthen the students＇ various basic skills, and put more focus on the education of students＇ enterprises and on the vocational guidance.关键词
