Abstract
Objective To describe the status of general well -being in junior nurses and to provide the basis for scientific management. Methods General Well-Being Schedule (GWBS) was used to investigate 181 junior nurses. One-way analysis of variance, independent sample t test, and multivariate stepwise regression were applied in the analysis. Results The general well-being of junior nurses was higher than that of female norm (P<0.01). Department and night shift were the main influencing factors of general well-being of junior nurses (P<0.01). Conclusion The general well-being of junior nurses remains in a high level. Managers should pay attention to the differences of happiness of junior nurses in different departments and maintain the happiness of nurses on the night shift.关键词
