Abstract
The book Reform of China＇s Administrative Law ： the Establishment and Spread of Contract Idea by professor Yang Jiejun＇s gives answers to the theoretical and practical problems triggered by the contract idea when it was embedded China＇s public law field. To solve the problem of arrogance, low efficiency and the corruption of traditional administrative power, Yang proposes an accommodation of power and contract. There are many interpretations of Contract idea in terms of administrative law, such as equality, free will, faith, duty responsibility and reconciliation, which all have implications to the modern cooperative administration and accommodation of public law and private law. And this will provide ample sources of idea for the new administrative law and researching issues in this field.关键词
