摘要
Abstract
Mter the establishment of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, China entered into its post legislation era. Standing on a new historic starting point, local legislation is faced with multiple new situations and requirements. On the level of legislative tasks, much more attention is needed to guarantee an effec- tive implementation, secure a balanced development between social sector and other ones, and achieve improve- ments, amendments and a harmonious unity of laws and regulations. On the level of legislative quality, local leg- islation should be people-oriented, expressive of public opinions, and embodied with social effectiveness. Mean- while, effort should be made on a deeper level to improve current legislative mechanism with necessary amend- ments made to Legislation Law.关键词
