提高酸浆种子发芽率的研究
Study on Raising Seed Germination Rate of Physalis alkekengi
摘要
Abstract
Study on seed germination of Physalis alkekengi under light, distilled water, HC1 (1%), NaOH (1%), alcohol and MS culture medium with different treatment. The results showed that, distilled water immersion, acid treatment, alkali treatment, ethanol treatment and media culture can improve seed germination rate of Physalis alkekengi. MS culture medium maximum germination rate is 23.0%, and distilled water immersion with 48 h, the germination rates is 16.9%.关键词
