Abstract
According to the DCS connection problem in electric network,the concept and technical improvement measures of electrical control and management system（ECMS） are presented.The hardware system of ECMS is designed on basis of the characteristics and function needs of electrical system in power plant.Then the software platform consisted of several function modules are designed based on the needs of hardware system.An integrated operation system is developed,and the electrical automation level of power plant is improved.Finally,the scientific nature and feasibility of this system are verified by practical applications.关键词
