摘要
Abstract
Using numeric ultrasonic flaw detector,CTS2020,which probe diameter is 10 to 30 mm,and work frequency is 2 to 5 MHz,made in Shantou Institute of ultrasound,tantalum,niobium and their alloy ingot is tested.Influence is obtained from split sample analysis on variety of ingot defects to acoustic wave,and then,the shape and type of shortcomings is summed up corresponding to ultrasonic waveforms.After test and defect analysis of a lot of dissection,results show the method is feasible and reliable to tantalum,niobium and their alloy ingots which outer diameter rang is 97.5 to 153 mm,and it is worthy to be popularized that the method has high efficiency to detection and the advantages of small amount of work.关键词
