Abstract
The arrival of Lewis turning point in traditional labor-intensive agriculture mode of production decline, household contract responsibility system disintegrate, food security crisis highlights; farmland ownership government monopoly also leads to the city of high cost hinders the farmers, the city, forming a huge pseudo city of population, a serious threat to the social stability. Only change as soon as possible to block for the target management of agriculture of old thinking, make full use of arable land myth, Lewis turning point came bankrupt new historical opportunity, carries on the profound reform of farming land system, we can realize farmland scale, industrialization is managed, reduce farmer city changes cost, reduce the pseudo city population, alleviate the national food security crisis and crisis of social stability, realize the integration of urban and rural harmonious development.关键词
