Study on Quality Safety Risk Control of Guangdong-Macau Agricultural Supply Chain
摘要
Abstract
Quality safety of agricultural products is an overall problem of urban and rural residents' consumption safety, long-term development of agriculture and farmer incomes increase, together with economic growth and social stability. Quality safety of agricultural products for Macau has a special political and economic significance, which is overall optimistic. However, there are still some problems such as trace difficulties, smugglers phenomenon serious and lack of uniform standards of quality safety. Several proposals is put forward including innovation closed agricultural supply chain, construction quality safety traceability system, implementation price subsidy mechanism, uniform quality and safety standard system and remediation smugglers phenomenon.关键词
