On Construction and Security Mechanism of Intellectual Property Synergistic Strategy of Geographical Indications

Abstract
Geographical indications system has been playing an increasingly important role in our country since it has been set up, so geographical indications industry has become an important force of agricultural economy. For the realization of agricultural modernization, the protection of agricultural ecology and enhance the market competition ability of produce, geographical indications all play an important role. On the background of China agriculture transformation and upgrading, and the center establishing strategy of "developing agriculture through science and technology", geographical indication industry should break through the narrow idea of commercial mark law, establish the synergistic development strategy combining trademark, patent, plant new breed and copyright and other intellectual property rights. The construction of synergistic strategy of geographical indications still needs the corresponding security mechanism, which includes the organizational security, interests security and legal security.关键词
