Analytical Research on Such Carcinogens as Nitrite in Yinggehai Sea Salt
摘要
Abstract
The content of Nitrite in Yinggehai sea salt is determined through the classic sulfanilic acid - hy- drochloric acid naphthylethylenediamine spectrophotometric method. The result shows that the content of NO2- is excessive in Yinggehai industrial salt by 0.7mg · kg-1 according to national standards, which is probably one of primary reasons to induce cancer to residents near Yinggehai.关键词
