椰心叶甲耐热性初步研究
Heat Tolerance of Coconut Leaf Beetle, Brontispa longissima
摘要
Abstract
Temperature is one of the important ecological factors for development and reproduction of coconut leaf beetle, Brontispa longissima. To investigate the mechanism of its ecological adaptation, the heat tolerance was preliminarily studied. The results showed that high temperature had a great effect on its development and reproduction, and it would not finish any development above 30 ℃; 2 h at 42 ℃ was its most heat-sensitive time; the activity increase of PPO, POD, AsA-POD, CAT and SOD were relative to its heat tolerance. The results would be much helpful for in-deep studies on the mechanism of heat tolerance and ecological adaptation of coconut leaf beetle.关键词
