摘要

Abstract

A comparitive study and observation of seasonal ultrastructural changes of mesophyll cell in 3 cultivars of Jaminum sabac cultivated in the field were conducted by means of TEM. Mesophyll cell in 3 cultivars of Jasminum sambac exhibited well-organized cell fine structure in spring and fall but changed variously in the ultrastructures in summer and winter. Changes in cell fine structure in 3 cultivars of Jaminum sabac suggested significant adaptibility to high temperature stress (in summer) and low temperature strss (in winter). However, prolonged temperture stress did some damage to cell fine structure in 3 cultivars of Jasminum sambac. Jasminum sambac ' Bifoliatum' is more resistant to high and low temperature stress than Jasminum tombac ' Unifoliatum' and Jasminum sambac 'Tnfoliatuni' in that the ultrastructure of mesophyll cell in Jasminum sambac 'Bifoliatum' was not noticeably affected by high and low temperature stress.
