摘要

Abstract

Asecodes hispinarum Boudek is an important larval endoparasitoid of Brontispa longissima(Gestro)pest, which mainly parasitizes the fourth instar larvae. In order to better understand the theoretical basis of the indoor breeding parasitic wasps, we studied the effects of nutrition condition and changes in host density on the offspring of A.hispinarum. The results showed that: (1)when 10% honey was added, the parasite of A.hispinarum was different with the host density change. When the host number was 5, the largest number of 2.33 for the parasite of Brontispa bngissima(Gestro))was observed. When the host density was greater than 5, the number of Brontispa longissima (Gestro)was increased with host density decreased, when 10% honey was not added, the parasite of parasitoids was not significantly different; (2)when 10% honey was added, host density did not significantly affect on the number of wasp per host, emergence rate and offspring sex ratio; (3)when 10% honey was not added, host density was significantly affected on the number of wasp per host and offspring sex ratio of A.hispinarum, but had no effect on emergence rate, the max number of wasp per host was 45.67, and offspring sex ratio was up to 96.66%.
