摘要

Abstract

The protected and open field experiments were conducted to study the degradation of beta cypermethrin, difenoconazole, dimethoate and acephate residues in cowpea. The GC with ECD and FPD were used to determine the residues of the four pesticides. The four pesticide residues degradation dynamics equations were calculated by a simple first-order kinetics equation. Compared with the open field planting pattern, the degradation rates of the four pesticides under protected field were slower. The pesticides used in cowpea under protected field could control the pests longer, but there was more safety risks in cowpea. In order to ensure the safety of cowpea, the rational use of pesticides must be paid attention to and the shorter half-life pesticides should be used in cowpea planting.
