中红外激光晶体Er∶YSGG的生长及LD泵浦的激光性能
Growth and LD Pumped Laser Performance of Er∶ YSGG Mid-IR Laser Crystal
摘要
Abstract
The Er: YSGG crystal was grown successfully by the Czochralski method. The absorption spectrum show that Er: YSGG crystal has strong absorption peaks and broad absorption band at 967. 5 rim. A 966 nm laser diode pumped YSGG/Er: YSGG laser was realized at 2. 976 μm, the maximum output power is 439 mW, and the slope efficiency is 12. 5% and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is 10.6%.关键词
