摘要

Abstract

Bi2MoO6 microcryslallines were prepared by microwave hydrothennal ( M-H) method using bismuth nitrate and sodium molybdale as the source materials. The phase composition, morphology and optical properties of as-prepared samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction ( XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and UV-visible absorption spectra (UV-vis). The results show that with the increase of the microwave hydrothennal temperature, the peak intensity and grain size increase, inferring the improve in crystallization of the products, and the morphology of the Bi2MoO6 microcrystallines transform from irregular shape to sheet-like structure; UV-visible absorption spectra show that the Bi,MoO6 microcrystallines exhibit excellent absorption in ultraviolet. And with the decrease of the microwave hydrothennal temperature, the absorption edges display a blue shift, the bandgaps of the Bi2MoO6 microcrystallines increasing.
