摘要

Abstract

FeWO4 nanocrystallites were prepared by a hydrothermal process using (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 ? 6H2O and Na2WO4?2H2O as raw materials. The phase composition and microstructures of the as-prepared nanocrystalline were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and transmission electron microscopy analysis (TEM). The results show that monophase FeWO4 nanocrystallites were obtained at 110℃ for 24 h. As the hydrothermal time and temperature increasing,the improvement in crystallization and increase in average particle size were detected. Correspondingly, the monophase of the crystallites transform from needle-like to grain-like structure. The growth kinetics of the FeWO4 crystallites follows the Brook's theory, and the corresponding growth activation energy of FeWO4 nanocrystallites is calculated to be 17.36 kJ/mol.
