摘要

Abstract

Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) powder were successfully synthesized by high pressure solvothermal route. The synthesis products'phase and morphology of the as-synthesized products were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The influence of synthetic conditions Buch as temperature, synthetic time and dispersant on the phase and morphology of the sphere-like CZTS particles were studied. The results showed that pure sphere-like CZTS particles composed of tiny thin flakes were obtained by high pressure solvothermal route in short time, the reaction process was accelerated with increasing temperatures, and the products were completed with increasing holding time. The surface active agent used plays a less significant role in the synthesis process.
