摘要
Abstract
In this thesis, some research methods are used such as literature review, comparison and so on. Through these methods, this thesis will sum up the technology talent conditions of our country, Japan, America, Germany, Britain, France, Russia and India, then the comparison between our country and other 7 countries what we have mentioned will be shown. After we have an overall cognition about our country＇s strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, this thesis will provide some pertinent suggestions for our country to foster, attract and use the technology talent.关键词
